Senior season is in full swing, and I had the absolute best time photographing Jolien’s senior session at my father-in-law’s home in Fowlerville.

Jolien is basically family to me (more like a niece than just a family friend), so this one felt extra special. Thinking back to her growing up over the years and the beautiful young lady she has become chokes me up. From bouncy curls and chubby cheeks, to a stunning beauty, full of life and ready to take on the world.

Jolien wanted fields and golden glow… and oh my gosh, did we ever nail it. The light showed up in the most magical way, wrapping around her and making every shot feel dreamy and timeless. From weeping willows to tall grasses, it was exactly the vibe she envisioned, and I loved watching her shine in front of the camera.
