Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in a charity auction where Clancy bid on a photo session with me. I was honestly thrilled when I found out that Clancy had won the auction and was excited to work with her.

Hey, hey, hey! Guess who is back with another amazing set of senior photos? Have I ever mentioned that SENIORS are one of my absolute favorite to shoot? There is just something about the excitement, the accomplishment, the anticipation and the dreams of the future that make it so magical. I have never been to a senior session where I didn’t walk away thinking…GOSH I LOVED THAT!

As a thank you for sending me a wedding client, I gave Jen a free photo session. She chose to wait until the fall, because….well the colors are always amazing this time of year in Michigan!!!

Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing some precious moments with Michael, Alisa, and their four legged children. The session was a gift from Alisa to Michael to celebrate their 10 year wedding anniversary. That’s a wonderful millstone!!!

The first thing you need to know is that senior photos are a big deal for high school seniors like Maddie. It’s a special moment in their lives, marking the end of their high school journey and the beginning of something new. As a photographer, I feel privileged to be a part of this milestone for them.

The union of Elly and Travis was really something special!!! As the rain loomed over head on this October day, it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits, not one bit. Not today satan…

Jordan and Nathan’s journey towards becoming one on September 30th, did not start with them…as fate would have it, both the groom’s parents and the bride’s parents share the same anniversary with the newly weds. What a beautiful thread it is, that weaves this family together.

Andrew and Kaylee, who are absolutely adorable children by the way, were full of energy and life. As a family photographer, it’s very special to witness the genuine joy and connection between siblings. The way they interacted and played together was just priceless.

It’s fascinating how much a baby’s expression can change from the first few weeks to the third month. Noah’s engaging smile and sparkling eyes truly stole the show!

As I look back on the photographs I have taken over the years, there is one recurring subject that holds a special place in my heart – Juliana, my beautiful niece. Each year, like clockwork, I have had the privilege of capturing her radiant smile and infectious laughter. As she turns five, I can’t help but marvel at the growth and joy she brings to all that know her…but also to my journey as a photographer.
