Well friends, that’s is wrap…on my fall photos. Nicole’s adorable family was my very last available evening session of 2022. It is day light saving time this weekend, which means we get one extra hour of sleep, more daylight in the mornings and less light in the evenings. The sun will start dropping lower and lower in the sky and the temps will start to drop too, forcing us Michiganders into hibernation until sometime next April.
Well with it being my official fall finale, I’m so glad it was this family. They showed up looking fantastic and ready to do whatever I asked, even if that included a two mile hike over the bridge and through the woods. I’m kidding, I would never ask a client to walk two miles just to get to a stunning location, we walked three…really, I’m just kidding. But, I really did ask Nicole to trust me when I asked her to meet me in an office building’s parking lot, then I asked her to trust me when I said, “it is just a short walk that way.” Then when we got to the destination, I think she saw what I saw…a magical and whimsy wonderland.
Also, before getting to this amazing sneak peek, I have to take a second to shout out Nicole. She is also a small business owner and I would be amiss if I didn’t share with you her Etsy shop the Lettered Farmhouse. The wall art she sells would be a perfect addition to a photo gallery in any home. She also specializes in all things fair themed, from party invites to super cute t-shirts, Midway Moments is sure to bring a smile to your face and give you all those nostalgic summer feels. Be sure to check out both shops!
Now without further ado…the sneak peek…
Nicole, again I feel so bad about how things worked out with the mini’s this summer and that we had to cancel. Thank you so much however, for using the opportunity to schedule a private fall family session with me. I’m so bummed I didn’t meet you sooner, before you moved out of Lakeshore Pointe, because now that I know you better, I think we would have been fast friends. You and your family are so sweet!
