There’s something extra special about shooting a love story where it first began—and for Miranda and Dylan, that meant heading to Charlie’s Still On Main in Milford and the bar stools where they first met. This cozy bar was the perfect setting to capture their flirty, fun, a little-bit-spicy, a whole-lotta-love kind of vibe. Jack Daniel’s for him, Bud Light for her—it doesn’t get more “this is us” than that. From sneaky kisses at the bar to moody black and white shots that felt like a scene out of a country music video—I was living for every second.

But like every good love story, there’s a soft side too. After an early-morning, summer thunderstorm rolled through (because of course it did, Michigan, IYKYK), we started at Central Park where the skies cleared, the lighting was perfect, and the feelings were soft and romantic. They strolled the boardwalk like it was their own movie montage…those sweet glances that say everything without saying a word.
