I wasn’t sure if I would do a sneak peek for this session because it is only part 1 and I figured I would wait for part 2 and post everything together, but these photos of Evelyn came out so great, I just couldn’t help myself!
We were supposed to go to Ann Arbor and take photos in Graffiti Alley and some other locations before heading back to Brighton for me to take her yearbook photos. Well, in all of Michigan weather glory, it rained all day. I told her mom we would still meet at Brighton Light House to take the yearbook photos (as to not miss the submission deadline). But since she brought home her drum for tonight’s session, I also suggested bringing it because I knew the black and white floor would look amazing with the drum and her letter jacket. Also, she wouldn’t have to lug it home again and then through downtown Ann Arbor.
Of course, Michigan didn’t miss a beat and by the time we got to the Brighton Light House the sun started to show it’s face. I took advantage by snapping some letter jacket photos outside too. So glad we did these today and I’m really looking forward to Part 2…stay tuned.
Taryn and Dan’s wedding at Waldenwoods felt like a love story plucked straight from the pages of a dreamy novel or a verse of a good Taylor Swift song—and honestly, that was the vibe Taryn had in mind. BTW she nailed it!!!
April and Nick’s wedding was held on the lawn of a charming southern-style clubhouse, with large wrap-around porches and breathtaking views of the Atlantic as their backdrop…
