Picture this: a picturesque lake, a beautiful house, and 20 fabulous people with big smiles. This was a delightful extended family session, filled with laughter, joy, and just a pinch of organized chaos. You know, the good kind! It was a photo session where all these wonderful people came together in celebration of own of their own, Kian, who is walking for his high school graduation on Sunday. And that is a big deal!
My mission however was to capture the celebration. And let me tell you, this group knew how to have fun! Sunglasses, grad signs, four legged family members, pyramids, laughter, and the sweet feeling of success filled the air. As the camera shutter clicked, freezing this moment in time, the beaming smiles on mom and dad’s faces spoke volumes.
It was clear, Tianna and Todd were a mixture of joy, pride, and pure love as they looked upon Kian, who stood tall and confident in his graduation cap and gown. Every milestone, every achievement, and every obstacle has led to this moment, an end and a beginning. I am sure they will cherish this weekend forever, as they celebrate with family and friends who traveled from near and far to be a part of this special time.
Here is a sneak peek of the fun they had kicking off this wonderful weekend.
Tianna, I am always excited to hear from you and serve you and your family, but today was extra special as I got to meet your extended family, your best friend, and Bailey for the first time. The bond you share is evident and moving. I can only imagine the emotions you will feel this weekend. Grab a tissue for all the tears of joy and pride that are coming. In the mean time, enjoy the sneak peek. XO – Kelly Harper
Taryn and Dan’s wedding at Waldenwoods felt like a love story plucked straight from the pages of a dreamy novel or a verse of a good Taylor Swift song—and honestly, that was the vibe Taryn had in mind. BTW she nailed it!!!
If I could describe Adrianne and John’s wedding day at ‘Collins at the Clocktower’ in Chelsea, MI in two words it would be “romantic fairytale”. From beginning to end not a detail was missed to make their day as dreamy as possible. The setting inside the venue was the perfect backdrop to bring this vibe to life. The historic landmark is jaw dropping in every way, the simple elegance of the large ceremony space seemed fit just right and the grand ballroom on the third floor with large wall to wall windows overlooking the town spoke for itself!
April and Nick’s wedding was held on the lawn of a charming southern-style clubhouse, with large wrap-around porches and breathtaking views of the Atlantic as their backdrop…
